Customers will receive a payment confirmation mail once the payment is completed, accordingly will be contacted by our sales representatives to complete the process and send the issued insurance policy to the customer via mail.
Cancellation should be requested during the first 24 HRS after the policy is issued. Cancellation and Refund policies are subject to the insurance policy Terms & Conditions which will be the mail point of reference in case of a dispute.
Refund will take between 5 to 7 working days subject to approvals. Refund will be made ONLY to the original mode of payment.
